Yes! We can have created designs for lots of different animals ...Including Cats (But don't tell the dogs!)

Please note: at this time we do not create portraits of humans.

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not order artwork previews. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. Be sure to review Image Guidelines.

Can I have more than one pet on a product?

Not currently, to keep the images as clear as possible we only offer 1 per Item, check out our discounts for multiple products though.

Do i have to pay custom charges on my orders?

Unfortunately Pawwfect is unable to determine what charges my be applied in overseas shipments. All Charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws All customs charges will be payable by the customer and not Pawwfect. Can I change my order after its been placed?

It is important to make sure you are happy before ordering.

All products are bespoke printed and are placed in our print queue usually within 1 or 2 hours, sometimes faster.

Once a order is Printed you cannot change it.

If you wish to change a order please contact us immediately via email Contactus@pawwfect.com if we can make the changes before print we will be happy to do so. We cannot guarantee this.

Yes! If you prefer to have your mug or bottle without your pet's name, please write "NO NAME" in the name box.

1.) Photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal.

3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

If you're not 100% happy with the final product, contact us and we will help to make it right. 

Due to the custom nature of all of the products we produce at Pawwfect we are unable offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you on making things right.

It is important to make sure you are happy before ordering.

If you wish to cancel a order please contact us immediately via email Contactus@pawwfect.com .If we can cancel before print, we will process a refund at our discretion. After 12 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

Something missing from your order? Need help tracking something down? Our customer support team will help you sort anything out right away.

While it's rare, occasionally your lovely item may get damaged in shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your first email so we may help you faster.
